CPHI India 2026: What to Expect, What to See and Where to Find HTMC Group

Every November, the centre of India's pharmaceutical world shifts to Delhi. Ingredient makers, formulators, contract manufacturers, regulators and buyers walk the same aisles, and deals that would take months over email get shaped in a single conversation.

That event is CPHI India, and in 2026 it arrives with a bigger format, a brand-new venue and a stronger focus on ingredients. HTMC Group (HiTech Minerals and Chemicals Group) is gearing up to be there, and you can find us at Hall No. 1, Booth No. 1J33, IICC Yashobhoomi, New Delhi.

This guide walks you through what the show offers this year, which trends to watch, how to plan your days, and what we will showcase at our booth.

A New Chapter: CPHI Moves to Yashobhoomi

CPHI India has a new home in 2026. The show moves to IICC Yashobhoomi, one of the most striking convention and expo complexes in the country, recognisable by its LED-lit façade and modern design.

The bigger change is the format. CPHI India (ingredients and formulations) and PMEC India (machinery and equipment) now run at two separate venues: CPHI at Yashobhoomi, and PMEC at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, from 24–26 November.

Why this matters for visitors:

  • Cleaner zoning. Ingredient buyers no longer wade through machinery halls, and engineers don't have to look for ingredient stands.
  • One badge, two venues. Your badge works at both locations, and free shuttles run on the overlapping days.
  • A two-day overlap. If your role touches both sourcing and equipment, you can cover both events in one trip.
  • Metro connectivity. The organisers are encouraging metro travel, which also helps with Delhi traffic.

What You Will See on the CPHI Floor

Ingredients across the pharma chain

CPHI India is built around what goes into a pharmaceutical product. Expect zones for APIs, finished dosage, excipients, natural extracts, and fine chemicals and intermediates. For a buyer, that means one place to compare suppliers across categories rather than travelling between factories.

A genuinely global crowd

The organisers' 2026 brochure cites 36,000+ attendees from 120+ countries and 2,000+ exhibiting companies. The practical takeaway is that you will meet people from many markets in a single afternoon: Indian manufacturers, international importers, sourcing heads and quality teams.

Learning stages and conversations

New Visionary Stages and curated learning sessions cover topics such as manufacturing, API development, contract services, regulatory affairs and quality. If you like to understand where the industry is heading before you place your next order, these sessions are worth a few hours.

The conversations that don't fit in an email

This is what most exhibitors say they come for: a technical discussion on a grade, a quick look at a sample, a handshake that turns a long-pending enquiry into a trial order.

Five Trends Shaping Ingredient Sourcing in 2026

As you walk the aisles, notice how these themes keep coming up in conversations.

  1. Reliability over price alone. Buyers want suppliers who can deliver the same quality in every batch, on time. Suppliers with their own raw material sources have an edge here.
  2. Compliance is the entry ticket. GMP-aligned processes, EXCiPACT, BRC, ISO and DMF-backed facilities are now routine questions, not bonuses.
  3. Traceability from source to shipment. Pharma and food manufacturers increasingly want to know where a mineral was mined, how it was processed and how it was tested.
  4. Customisation. A standard catalogue grade doesn't always fit. Particle size, surface treatment and packaging are increasingly tailored to the customer's line.
  5. Sustainability as a supplier criterion. Solar energy, water conservation and responsible mining are now part of how large buyers assess partners.

HTMC Group's way of working lines up with each of these, and that is exactly what we are bringing to Booth 1J33.

Who Is HTMC Group?

HiTech Minerals and Chemicals Group is a mine owner, processor, manufacturer and exporter of non-metallic industrial minerals, with over 40 years of experience. The group's family of companies includes names such as Kalyani Mine Products, Regent Minerals and Clays, and Kalyani Calcium, with a head office in Kolkata and processing units across Rajasthan, including Dausa, Jaipur, Pali and Nagaur.

Our minerals and chemicals go into pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, home and personal care, paints and coatings, plastics, rubber, ceramics, paper, adhesives, animal feed and agriculture. We supply to customers across 30+ countries on 5 continents, and our client base includes well-known FMCG and healthcare brands.

What We Will Showcase at Booth 1J33

Talc, in grades for every application

Talc is one of our flagship minerals, and we process it into a range of grades:

  • Pharmaceutical grade: high-purity talc for pharma requirements
  • Cosmetic grade: ultra-fine and pure, for cosmetics and personal care
  • Food grade: for food processing and packaging applications
  • Industrial grade: for plastics, rubber, paints and coatings
  • Ceramic grade: to improve the properties of ceramic products

Calcium Carbonate: GCC and PCC

Calcium carbonate is among the most versatile minerals in the market, and we produce Ground (GCC), surface-treated and activated grades, as well as Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC). Applications range from pharmaceutical and nutritional calcium sources to fillers in plastics, paints and paper. Our PCC plants in the North and South of India are strategically located to support just-in-time bulk supply to key customers.

Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP)

Available in feed grade and pharmaceutical grade, DCP is used as a calcium and phosphorus source in animal feed, as a tablet binder and supplement ingredient in pharma, and in food and fertiliser applications.

Kaolin, Dolomite, Feldspar, Bentonite and Quartz

A broad mineral range for industrial users, from ceramics and paints to agriculture and metallurgy.

Magnesium, Aluminium and Sodium Compounds

Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, aluminium sulphate, sodium silicate and Mg/Ca/Zn stearates, supporting pharma, personal care, water treatment and industrial processes.

Chemicals and Trade Products

Through HTMC Chemical/Trade, we also supply citric acid, xanthan gum, HPMC, sodium bicarbonate, sodium metabisulfite, EDTA, phosphoric acid and more, a convenient single window for buyers who like to consolidate sourcing.

The Strengths Behind the Products

At a show full of promises, we think the proof is in how a supplier works every day. Here is what stands behind HTMC Group:

  • Our own mines. With owned and leased mineral reserves, we maintain consistent quality and supply in bulk without dependence on outside feedstock.
  • Dedicated food and pharma manufacturing. A separate EXCiPACT and BRC certified unit serves food and pharmaceutical customers.
  • Certifications you can verify. ISO certified plants, a US-DMF registered manufacturing facility, and FSSAI, FDA, Halal and Kosher certifications.
  • Three in-house, internationally accredited labs for testing, validation, application and formulation support.
  • Made-to-order production. A large part of our output is tailored to the customer's specification and production line.
  • Warehousing and logistics built for JIT. Strategically located warehouses, bulk supply, last-mile conversion where needed, and our own inland logistics, including full rake movement by rail for bulk cargo.
  • Responsible operations. Solar-powered units, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting upgrades and regular plantation drives at mining sites.

Plan Your Visit: A Simple Three-Day Approach

  • Day 1: Explore and shortlist. Walk the ingredient zones, note which suppliers fit your needs, and collect brochures and technical data sheets.
  • Day 2: Dive deep. Attend a session or two, hold your scheduled meetings, and discuss specifications, samples and supply terms. If you need machinery too, take the shuttle to PMEC, which runs from 24 November.
  • Day 3: Close the loop. Revisit your top suppliers, clarify open questions, and exchange contacts. Send follow-up emails within a week while the conversation is fresh.

A few tips:

  • Fix meetings in advance. The show floor gets busy, and booked slots get priority.
  • Carry your specifications, such as grade, particle size, packaging and compliance needs.
  • Ask for TDS, COA and certification copies on the spot.
  • Wear comfortable shoes. Yashobhoomi is large, and you will cover a lot of ground.

Visit. Connect. Collaborate.

CPHI India 2026 is a chance to meet the people behind the ingredients that go into the world's medicines, foods and everyday products. For HTMC Group, it is an opportunity to show what four decades of mining, processing and quality work look like in practice.

Whether you are a formulator looking for a trusted excipient partner, a nutraceutical brand exploring new sources, or an importer searching for a dependable Indian supplier, we would be delighted to meet you.
